I dont’ know . . . anyone who thinks Hemingway and Fitzgerald’s problems are a fair trade for their genius never picked up a biography of either gentleman. I’d rather have less genius (which doesn’t appear to be a problem) and more capacity and/or time to enjoy my (smaller) successes . . ..
